Online Workout Programs

Self Quarantining? Try these online work outs.
With the current global outbreak of the Corona virus, and gyms shutting down everywhere, people are looking for ways to keep up with their current exercise routines. Myself included. I’ve found many online workouts that I believe are going to be helpful and beneficial. Some you can do without buying any workout equipment at all. Got a floor? A chair? Access to the internet including you tube? You have all you need to get started.
The first online workout I want to mention is Country Heat. It’s an online program to the beat of country music, and its all about burning some calories while dancing to great music. The workouts are 30 minutes long and super upbeat. You don’t need a lot of space to do these workouts, and you can go at your own pace. They are good for beginners as well as people who may have joint issues. There is also an option for fitness programs such as following a diet plan and exercising 6 days a week, with one day off. This fitness program can be streamed to your streaming device of choice, but is not free!
The next great fitness program i want to mention is the Gymondo fitness program. This program offers a wide variety of fitness workouts for all walks of life. To name a few, there is Yoga, Pilates, Total Body Shaping, Fat Burner, and Pure Cardio. There’s several more options as well. Over 20 to be exact. This online fitness program allows you to have access to all the fitness programs they offer. As well as menu plans, weigh ins, and a fitness coach if you need one. Right now they are offering a free trial membership. After the free trial membership ends, you pay a very reasonable monthly fee to continue with the program. The best part is you can cancel at any time.
Looking for free fitness programs? Aren’t we all. Since the Corona virus outbreak, many companies are offering free online fitness classes. The YMCA is offering free classes online. P.volve will also be offering free online fitness classes for the next 30 days. Lululemon is also offering free Instagram sessions of yoga, meditation, and do anywhere workouts. Blink fitness also offers live streaming of workouts, but this workout is pretty early in the morning. 8am est.
You tube is a great place to find workouts online. Most can be done right at home with little to no equipment. I still use You Tube to look up a video workout by Denise Austin that I used to do at home with my mother when I was 10 years old. Of course back then we had it on VHS. You can also find workouts from other fitness instructors on You Tube. Pinterest offers many exercises as well as links to some of the online programs mentioned here.
So if your having a hard time right now finding exercises to do since your stuck at home, don’t fret. There are hundreds of online workouts you can do from the comfort of your living room. From beginners workouts, to very experienced routines. So get online, stream those workouts! Quarantining has never been more beneficial.
